Shipping & Delivery
EU Express Delivery: Eligible orders placed prior to 17:00. GMT will be shipped on same day and will arrive one business day after shipment. You will be charged 7.99 € per delivery
EU Economy Delivery: Eligible orders placed prior to 18:00. GMT will be shipped on same day and will arrive 2/3 business day after shipment. You will be charged 4.99 € per delivery.
EU Free Delivery: Eligible orders placed prior to 18:00. GMT will be shipped on same day and will arrive 2/3 business day after shipment. This free delivery, only applies for orders above 100 €.
Signature is required for most deliveries: Most of Liionforce shipments contain valuable computer parts. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package, or accept your package if a signature is not required for the delivery. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of Liionforce carriers make two attempts to deliver a package. After two delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Liionforce.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Liionforce as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Liinforce, please contact Liionforce to make arrangements for reshipment. In this case reshipping costs will apply.
Privacy & Security
The Liionforce web store has some areas that are accessible only through the registration process. The collected data through registration will be used exclusively by Liionforce, which warrant the privacy and data protection of registered users.
Personal data of our customers is provided on a voluntary basis and will not be disclosed to third parties.In order to provide a more personalized service, the web store also uses cookies to collect and store information. A cookie is a small file that is placed on your computer witch remembers your choices, dates and routes earlier on the site.
According to International law, all users have the right to access, update, correct or delete your personal data. For it you should contact Liionforce or login in to the account and make the necessary corrections.
The Liionforce undertakes to take the necessary security measures to ensure the protection of personal data of users against their possible misuse or unauthorized access.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your Liionforce purchase of a product, please visit online Return Authorization or call +351 239 496 162 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Liionforce will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment deducting the shipping costs. If the product was sold with free shipping we will deduct the real cost of shipping, that is 6.00 € as minimum. You must return the product to the Liionforce warehouse within 8 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Liionforce will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened product.
Note: You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect sold by Liionforce, please contact Liionforce Technical Support at +351 239 496 162 or support@liionforce.com . If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. In this case, you must return the product to:

After receive the defective product, the Liionforce support team will check the product and if the defect confirm, we will repair or replace the product as our decision. In any case the maximum period of time will be less than 30 calendar days. If we take more time, the customer could ask for credit the product.
Wrong item shipped
The Liionforce Store endeavors to always process and ship the correct ordered product. If for any reason you receive a wrong product, you need to inform us by tel +351 239 496 162 or email support@liionforce.com. In this case Liionforce will collect the wrong product and ship the correct product by our expenses.
Product Warranty
All hardware products sold by Liionforce, carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, except refurbished products that carry 3 month limited warranty only.

Payment
Credit, Debit Cards and Paypal
If you order online, you may pay by credit, debit, or Paypal. When you provide Liionforce with your card information, Liionforce will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Liionforce will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit card until your order ships.The Liionforce accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit, debit cards and Paypal.The Liionforce requires the credit or debit card security code for your card for online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Wire Transfer
The Liionforce Store accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order, please contact us by email or phone.
Pricing & Discounts
The Liionforce Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products, selected Sale and Reconditioned products. Your total order price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Liionforce reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Liionforce Store at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the Store.
Discount
The Liionforce Store offers quantity discount per family basis, when you buy more than 3 or 5 products of the same family (don’t need to be the same products). Typical discounts are 3% for 3 units and 5% for 5 units, but could be different. To see the exact discount please check on each product.
VAT Tax
In addition to the price of your purchases, Liionforce will charge you VAT based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate.The end-user prices showed on each product already include VAT
