1. ORDERS

To place your first order, please follow the following steps:

  1. Find the products you want.
  2. Add the products to the shopping cart.
  3. Create a new account.
  4. Enter a billing and delivery address (if you wish you can use the same address.)
  5. Choose a shipping method.
  6. Choose a payment method.
  7. Review and submit your order.

 

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Credit, debit or PayPal card

If you place an order online, you can pay by credit, debit or PayPal card. When you enter your credit card or PayPal details and process the payment, Liionforce will only obtain a pre-approval from the credit card issuing company or PayPal for the amount of the order, which may result in the amount of credit available from your card. The amount of the order will not be charged to your credit card until the goods are shipped.

Liionforce accepts credit and debit cards from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA and PayPal.

Liionforce requires your credit or debit card security code to protect other people from the unauthorized use of your card. The security code is a specific 3 or 4 digit number on your card that can be printed on the back of the signature board (whether VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) or on the front below the card number (if American Express).

Bank Transfer

Liionforce also accepts payment by bank transfer. If you wish to use this payment method, please select this option in your order and follow the instructions presented to you.

Atm

To pay by ATM, select the corresponding option on your online order. Liionforce will generate an ATM reference that can be paid at any ATM or on your bank's website.

Against refund

Liionforce also allows the delivery of the goods against refund. In this case the payment will be made in cash to the CTT, at the time of delivery of the goods.

 

3. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Mainland Portugal

CTT Express:  Orders placed before 18:30 will be shipped on the same day and delivered on the following business day.

Azores and Madeira

Registered Mail: Orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped on the same day and delivered on the following business day.

Signature required for deliveries: If you are not at the shipping address to accept the order, consider sending the goods to someone you trust to accept and sign the receipt of your order. Once the goods are ready to ship or have been shipped, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address. Ownership and the risk of loss of all products pass to you at the time of shipment.

Undelivered shipments: If the order is not delivered due to the recipient's absence or because it was not collected at the carrier, you can schedule a new delivery by contacting us by phone 239 802 500 or email [email protected]. In this case, resubmission costs will be charged.

 

4. PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

Customers

The products marketed by us are intended for companies, professionals and resellers.

Discounts

Liionforce offers discounts to resellers and by quantity of product.

Vat

Prices shown do not include VAT.

VAT exemption

If you would like to place an order on behalf of a European Union entity that allows the purchase of goods with VAT exemption, please contact us by phone 239 802 500 or email [email protected]. You will need to send a copy of a valid taxpayer card. The name of the entity will have to be exactly the same as the certificate.

 

5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Technical Breakdown

If you find out what you think is a defect in a product sold by Liionforce, please log in to the Customer Area and start an RMA process, indicating the RMA as Technical Malfunction. You can also contact the Commercial Department on 239 802 500 or [email protected].

The General RMA Conditions are defined and published on the Liionforce website, and must be read and accepted by the customer at the time of creating an RMA process.

Wrong product shipping

Liionforce makes every effort to always ship the correct ordered product. If for any reason you receive the wrong product, log into the Customer Area and start an RMA process, indicating Commercial Return. You can also contact the Commercial Department on 239 802 500 or [email protected].

The General RMA Conditions are defined and published on the Liionforce website, and must be read and accepted by the customer at the time of creating an RMA process.

 

6. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products sold by Liionforce have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, except for recovered products that have only a 3-month warranty (see Art. 921(2) of the Civil Code).
